The wine evaporates through the wood of the barrels with low levels of humidity and this causes high costs in loss of products and topping up time.

By keeping the humidity between 80% and 85% this loss is enormously reduced, allowing an immediate and significant economic return. The very fine diameter of the atomised droplets, thanks to the technical quality used, allows immediate evaporation directly into the air without wetting the barrels.

The barrels are kept efficient for longer, preventing the natural evaporation of the product.
